ContentDesigner

Remote Full-time

We're looking for a Content Designer who knows how to make brands worth noticing.

You'll turn client photos, videos and ideas into polished social content, from static posts and Reel covers to short-form video and ad creative.

We care about strong visual judgement, originality, attention to detail and the ability to take a clear brief and run with it. You should be confident creating thoughtful, original work across both design and video, with a strong understanding of composition, typography, editing and visual storytelling.

01 / The role

What you'll do

  • Create static social media posts, carousels, Stories and Reel covers
  • Edit short-form video and Reels from client-supplied footage
  • Create paid social advertising creative
  • Turn ordinary product photos and videos into polished, brand-led content
  • Work within established client visual directions and brand guidelines
  • Select, crop, retouch and prepare imagery for social media
  • Apply strong typography, composition and visual hierarchy
  • Colour-correct and edit video footage where required
  • Follow creative briefs accurately and deliver the requested assets
  • Respond to revision feedback carefully without unnecessarily changing approved work
  • Manage multiple creative briefs and deadlines
  • Maintain consistency across each client's content

02 / The person

What we're looking for

  • A strong portfolio of social-first design work
  • Strong graphic design fundamentals
  • Good typography, composition and visual judgement
  • Short-form video editing ability
  • The ability to make commercially useful content, not just attractive graphics
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow written briefs accurately
  • Ability to work independently without constant direction
  • Good judgement about what to add and, equally importantly, what not to add
  • Comfortable receiving feedback and applying it precisely
  • Ability to maintain an established visual direction rather than redesigning it with every asset
  • Reliable communication and organisation

We care more about the work than the CV.

A beautiful CV won't make up for weak creative. We're interested in what you can make, how you think and how well you execute.
