Job applications

What we collect. When you apply for a role we collect the details you give us in the application form: your name, contact details, location, experience, portfolio and work links, your answers, your salary expectation and your CV.

How we use it. We use this information only to assess your application, contact you about it and run our recruitment process. We don't use it for marketing.

Who can see it. Applications are stored privately. Only authorised Alma Ruse administrators involved in hiring can view them. CVs are held in private storage and can only be downloaded by those administrators.

How long we keep it. We keep applications for up to 12 months after the role closes, then delete them, unless you're hired, in which case relevant details become part of your employment records.

Deleting your information. You can ask us to delete your application at any time through our contact page. We'll permanently remove your application and CV.
